L&D activities are carried out as an extension of the recruitment and selection stage, continuing with the objectives previously set and by being coherent with the competencies required of the workforce in order to keep developing them in the short and/or the long term as dictated by the needs of your business and the various internal and external stakeholders. Careful learning needs analysis is performed according to the company's strategic objectives and compared against the actual competencies, performance and potential of your current or future labour force. Safety and disciplinary reports are also taken into account when assessing for L&D.
